The plan is offered in partnership with MediGold and Trinity Health, and is available in select counties in Ohio.

Our Products

Mount Carmel MediGold is comprised of two Medicare Advantage contracts – a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) — both designed with an emphasis on prevention, wellness and healthy living.
