Mount Carmel MediGold (HMO/PPO) is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Mount Carmel MediGold depends on contract renewal. Benefits vary by county. Free enrollment kit without obligation. Other providers and pharmacies are available in our network. Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Mount Carmel MediGold through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov. Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. Star Ratings are calculated each year and may change from one year to the next. This information is not a complete description of benefits.
