The office was always clean, kept up well, and we were always seen in a timely manner. The front desk staff were so kind and all the nurses were so sweet. I’d also like to add that all questions we submitted through MyChart were answered quickly as well as any phone voicemails we left with medical questions. I always trusted that they would get back to me which was comforting!
Everything went well
She always asks if I have any questions and makes sure to explain things in a way I understand. She explains what she plans on doing ahead of time and I can tell she took my feedback into account from the last few surveys I have completed, which means a lot to me. People don't always take feedback constructively but she has and I am very grateful for that. It shows that she cares about the comfort of her patients.
I need more explanation about what happens to me
Incredibly kind, helpful, and a great listener. As someone who gets nervous to go to the doctor, this is the best-case situation for me!
