Getting to know me, as a person, helps him judge my mental health but it is good conversation. He makes me feel important.

Dr. Toplak always takes the time to listen, discuss, and then give sound advice and explanations, including the research and results of the research, as to why he is prescribing or not prescribing medication or supplements when I have asked about their efficacy.
Dr Toplak is an excellent attentive physician. I enjoy my visits with him. He takes time to answer my questions and give me his undivided attention.
Even though we were angry about the lost appointments everyone was respectful, polite, courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. Even though we were already grouchy from being hungry and angry because we had to wait almost an hour past our first appointment before they got us in, everyone treated us very professionally.
Dr Toplak is by far the best health care provider I have ever had - this would include every doctor - dermatologist, gynecologist, oncologist, etc. Not that others aren't good - Dr Toplak is far better than just 'good'. I wish all doctors could model after the example he sets.

My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I did not leave the waiting area until 10:00 AM - to long a wait for appointments that is already scheduled. This needs to be better - 15 min. is even long with an appointment.
