I have no complaint on my visit. The reason I said I would not recommend is because it is none of my business where someone goes. If asked I would tell them I'm fine and I prefer it over other places I've gone.
The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. She seemed genuinely interested. The doctor took me to the lab in the building. I signed my name and took a seat. The door to the lab was closed. In a few minutes the lab tech came out and stated she was unaware that I was waiting and apologized. She asked if I had knocked on her door. I did not know that was the procedure and no one informed me of the need to knock. The lab tech did an excellent job drawing blood. It was almost painless.

Blood pressure - both took my blood pressure - 3 times. Put the cuff on too tight. It hurt, and I told them that. I had that part of both upper arms red and it hurt.
