Ingredients:
- 4 cups cranberries
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- White wash to thicken
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in stockpot and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Thicken with white wash.
