Mount Carmel Foundation’s “Changing Lives Together” Colleague Giving Campaign
March 10–21, 2025

Your generosity allows our Mount Carmel Foundation to help 100,000 individuals in our community each year. For more than 40 years now, we’ve been investing in better health and well-being for the those we serve, including colleagues, clinicians, families, neighbors, friends and especially for the least fortunate among us. From helping provide patients with cancer services to hospice care and educating and training future nurses and physicians to delivering Street Medicine, we carefully steward your generous gifts to make the most profound positive impact possible.

• For those who are new supporters, payroll deduction, beginning in July, make giving easy
• Giving during the campaign unlocks a 50 cents on the dollar match, so your gift is amplified
• Matching gifts are designated to Community Health & Well-Being, one of our most needed areas of support
