Affiliate Medical School Students

Third Year Medical Students:

Rotations are coordinated through the medical school and Mount Carmel Heath Systems' Graduate Medical Education office. This includes the following information:

• Rotation, physician facilitator, dates
• Please submit student information, i.e., full name, birth date and last 4 digits of SSN to GME office at least 30 days in advance of rotation to ensure inpatient and/or outpatient computer access

Fourth Year Medical Students:

• To secure your preferred rotation, we encourage you to apply as early as possible. All senior rotations require program approval, with priority given to applicants pursuing the specialty between July and February.
• Requirements for applying:
  • Mount Carmel Heath Systems Rotation Application Form
  • Copy of CV
  • Copy of USMLE and/or COMLEX score reports
  • Copy of Transcripts
  • MCHS Questionnaire
  • Background Check Form - Submitted to Sterling
