Affiliate Medical School Students

Third Year Medical Students:

Rotations are coordinated through the medical school and Mount Carmel Heath Systems' Graduate Medical Education office. This includes the following information:

• Rotation, physician facilitator, dates
• Please submit student information, i.e., full name, birth date and last 4 digits of SSN to GME office at least 30 days in advance of rotation to ensure inpatient and/or outpatient computer access

Fourth Year Medical Students:

• Apply for rotations as early as possible; all senior rotations are program approved and preference is given to those applying to the specialty between July and February
• Requirements for applying:
• Mount Carmel Heath Systems Rotation Application Form
• Copy of CV
• Copy of USMLE and/or COMLEX score reports
• For Orthopedic rotations, include a copy of student transcript

Applications for rotations during the upcoming academic year will be accepted after match day (3rd Friday in March)
