“As I was getting ready to go for a heart test, in walked Kai with the biggest smile I have ever seen in all the years I have been coming to Mount Carmel. Kai is happy, uplifting and good-hearted. Most importantly, he really cares. He likes his job and loves the people he works with. Soon he will be a nurse and I believe he will be a great one. Keep up the good work, Kai!”
