It is very rare in my opinion to have a doctor talk with someone and not at someone. Dr Taylor was very engaging and insightful. I learned things that I had been doing incorrectly for all of my life, because he took the time to listen and explain.

They could have had me fill out the required information for the upcoming (may get cancelled) procedure. It sucks when your portal does not work and they have to call and question me at work.

Dr Taylor was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time talking with me about potential ways to help with my ailment. It was difficult to speak and try to bring up worries I had as he seemed rushed and was talking a lot/
