It seems that no matter how many patients this provider sees during a shift, he never lets exhaustion or stress, or busyness show. He never display any kind of overexertion or hurriedness that I have seen in many other doctor's behavior toward Patients. Many of the specialists I see for treatment, are so detached from the reality of the Patient, making the entire visit feel like a loss. But my visits at this doctor's facility, leaves me feeling hopeful, even if my prognosis may seem grim.

Doctor and nurse experience was wonderful. Office paperwork side not appropriate . I should not be asked to sign what I was NOT offered to read on paper or otherwise. All documents should be read before signing. No signature should be requested by the office before the document is presented for reading. I can't think that any signing under the circumstances initially presented to me - no reading, no understanding - just signing, would be legally binding. Please don't do this again to anyone.

Having said all of that about my horrible experience scheduling, I really, really, really liked Dr Thiel!!! I made the switch from Dr Kang at MCMG Hilliard because she was awful, but he is EVERYTHING she is not. First, he explained everything, he listened to me and had an actual dialog with me, he included me in MY care plan and asked my opinion. I feel like this is going to be a great dr/pt relationship!!

Dr. Thiel is a good doctor. He always explains all of my questions thoroughly. My visit is never rushed. He takes his time, is personable and answers all of my questions. He is easy to talk to and is able to explain any issues I may be having, in layman's terms. He has looked up information for me, such as this last time, I had inquired about medical power of attorney.

Dr. Thiel was friendly and thorough. He did not make the appointment feel rushed and provided helpful feedback on my medical questions. Due to a scheduling hiccup in the new online portal, my originally scheduled provider was not able to see me at the appointment time. The office let me know of the situation and offered to swap to another provider. Dr. Thiel squeezed me in with no notice. I really appreciate the flexibility of the office and Dr. Thiel to accommodate me at the original appointment time.
I was reluctant to switch doctor's but decided to give it a shot due to the closeness of the office. Dr. Thiel erased all doubts In the first 15 minutes of my visit. His friendly calm demeanor, caring attitude, professionalism & knowledge allayed my concerns. I felt he took the time to listen and communicate with me throughout the entire visit. I'm extremely happy with my decision to switch doctor's and would highly recommend Dr. Thiel!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Thiel. At a routine check up, he went above and beyond to evaluate my daughter. I've had two other pediatricians and usually at annual check ups they have the parent fill out a form and then it's a quick, boring visit. With Dr. Thiel, there was no useless paperwork he scanned over. Instead, he got on my daughters level and talked directly to her. He had her drawing, jumping and engaging directly with him to evaluate her. He explained everything thoroughly, asked detailed questions and addressed me as the parent and my daughter. I was blown away. Not only did my daughter have fun, she was so comfortable in the office, she didn't cry during her shots. It was an amazing visit

I was very satisfied with my visit. This is my second visit with Dr. Thiel since Dr. Heintz' retirement from the practice. I found Dr. Thiel to be very professional and responsive to my questions and needs. I am very pleased with his approach to my care.
My doctor of many previous years just retired, so I am seeing a new one for the first time. It is difficult to judge the care given and there is not much hands-on examination now. Most of it is blood work and questions for the annual physical examination. I need to education myself therefore on what should be done before I can judge whether it is done. Time will tell. My doctor was very nice and did appear to read my old record which I appreciate.

Dr. Thiel was really helpful and made sure that I had an antibiotic prescription sent before I left the office. I was able to pick up the medication about an hour later, and am already feeling better.
