I enjoyed meeting Dr. Larochelle. She was very patient with me and explained everything she said so I would understand it.
Overall, everything was great. This was my first visit with dr. LaRochelle and I feel confident to continue with her. She was also able to get me in for a mammogram and the staff there were amazing as well. Allison administered my mammogram and she was wonderful talking me through it.

This was the first time I saw this doctor and I absolutely loved her. I felt very comfortable with her and she addressed all my concerns
She had no interest in the nutrition of my prenatals or other vitamins which is not right at all, she didn't listen to me well, and she was full of scare tactics when discussing alternatives to hospital births. Not personal, empathetic, or respectful. I literally cried when I left.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience with this provider.

Really liked this new doctor for female care
I give Dr. Larochelle a 7 out of 10 as she was very friendly, had a good bedside manner, but needs to improve in communication and strategy. While trying to explain a potential issue instead made it seem as if it was definite. Should have used words such as 'we are doing a precautionary test to rule this out' instead of 'it looks like this' which gives the impression of a conclusion or definite answer which induced anxiety/ stress. Also instead of using a different strategy to diagnose said issue, such as blood test, which would have been more conclusive, instead chose to do a swab that, in her words, 'May not be enough to get a definite positive or negative. ' patients would rather not guess and instead be confident about testing and precautionary measures in order to get the most accurate diagnosis.
