I felt dismissed, after the initial visit. No follow up, no next steps for a positive diagnosis of any kind, except to call back in 1 to 2 weeks if I still had pain. When I did, my calls were ignored. Thankfully my regular doctor, responded to a msg, right away.
The provider was good. She seemed concerned and took care of everything in a timely and respectful manner.
My regular doctor-Bakare is excellent; She listens to my concerns and has no trouble seeing my humanity. Dr. Khandula was awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to handle my first colonoscopy procedure.

Was not 100% satisfied. I thought she know what she was talking about and was satisfied with that. But she wanted to see my 3 day old when he was 1 month old.

I arrived 30 min. before my appt. a walk in pt. got booked with my provider for the time slot before me (all while I watched)... that pt. was taken back before me. Would have been most appropriate to have me seen first (since I checked in about 15-20 mins. before walk in patient.) Overall, nursing intake & doctor were smooth sailing. Doc was recent graduate, and was well-versed on current protocol very impressed.
This was just a follow-up to a hospital stay. So not much was done or accomplished at my visit.

I made an appointment with Doctor Bakhare because: 1. She was recommended to me by a friend, I wanted to see a new general practitioner because my own is impossible to see, it takes 3 weeks or more for a regular appointment. 2. I was not happy with how my health concerns were addressed of late, despite having recurring symptoms, my physician did not address those, I wanted a second opinion and doctor Bakhare listened to me carefully, took what I said seriously and she was thorough.
it didn't go very well, not a professional visit in my opinion. the doctor didn't review my medical records nor appear to have. she was in the room 5 minutes maximum
Dr. Bukare was not listening to me or my concerns. She asked questions I had already addressed, which showed me I didn't have her full attention. She also wasn't personable, which made me feel like a 'number.'

The nurse and the doctor were EXCELLENT. I need a primary care physician. 2 weeks ago I was a new patient at Dr Spathulis's office in Gahanna. I was rushed, no medical history was taken, his nurse had a heavy Chinese accent I could not understand though her mask and had to repeatedly ask her to repeat the few questions she asked me. Little real history taking. The room was very small and very hot. She took my blood pressure sitting on the exam table with feet dangling. Said it was high. Doctor came in and took it again with my feet dangling and no back or arm support. I told him my blood pressure is always around 130/70. He said it was 150/90 and I need medications. Told him it was first visit, rushed , and incorrect position. He said still high blood pressure. Knew it was bad medicine and sought another primary care. Dr Bakare's office was EXCELLENT. Nice receptionist. Good health history form. Excellent nurse! BP 129/78 HR 69 - the usual. Dr Bakare is the first doctor to actually examine me more than a 4 sec chest and one sec heart exam in over 20 years - and I had 5 sec exam called a complete physical before I had breast surgery. I have hypothyoidism and she is the first MD to touch my thyroid. She was friendly, professional, obviously very intelligent, and very interested in my health on all levels. I was very impressed with her and feel I can trust my future health issues to her.
The dr that I saw looked at pictures only and not at the actual problem that I was in there for. they seemed dismissive and I felt like I was wasting their time.
