The physician listened to what I had to say, explained what could be causing some of my issues. Explained and asked everything clearly and in a way I could understand.
I did find it curious that I had to upload a photo of my insurance card and had my insurance card scanned at my appointment and then I received a bill that indicated I was self pay. I called the number on the bill and gave them my insurance info (again) and they said they would process the claim thru the insurance and re-bill me. Why was that needed.

He's VERY knowledgeable. Knew what type of mask I was using just by asking me what color different parts of it and the head gear were. Then when we were talking about mask leaks, without my even asking any questions as to what to DO about that, he told me which straps to adjust, as opposed to other ones. I'm just over all very impressed by his obvious knowledge. He's also very friendly and easy going. I felt comfortable with him, my very first visit. Another thing I was very impressed with that had to do with his staff... There was a couple that came in the door just ahead of me - but their appointment time was AFTER mine. The woman at the registration desk told them (very kindly), that my appointment was first, so they'd be taking me in first. I REALLY appreciated that! Kudos to the way they run their office!

The CPAP I have is not working correctly, instead of looking to see if it the problem can be diagnosed and fixed, the only option offered was to add a chin strap and changing the mask, The machine had worked fine until the last year or so.
I had no problem with dr Dasgupta when he was not associated with Mt Carmel since then the personal touch is gone. Everything it's a new nurse

I am not blaming the Doctor, as I like the services I receive, and trust his council. I am disappointed with the amount of staff who seemed to be having a good time, and could have been more attentive to my needs. You should have a business consultant review your procedures.
