The actual visit was fine. He examined the rash on my back and thought it was probably shingles and that it appeared to be healing. I told him I tried to schedule an appointment when it first occurred and couldn't get scheduled. I am thinking about maybe changing my primary care group to one that is not so busy.

My only negative experience was with the onsite lab. They were able to see right after I had seen Dr. Ghiloni, but the technician essentially through him 'under the bus'. She said he hadn't ordered the lab. I saw him order it. The system had not refreshed to allow her to see it. It was a lack of professionalism on her part to say that Dr. Ghiloni had not uploaded the order for the lab.

The doctor was professional and helpful and well prepared with my medical history. He answered all my questions and made recommendations to follow until my next physical.
my only comment would be that it was advised that I should come back within a specific period of time to have something rechecked but I was not clear if they would reach out to schedule this or if I needed to do something while I was in the office. I left without scheduling a follow up.
