I can't say enough about Dr Chan. I chose her even though she is much farther away than I would normally drive for a PCP, but I sat in wth my mom two times to help explain my mother's health problems and was blown away by how much Dr Chan did for my mother. I then decided it's more than worth the extra drive to see a pcp I trust.

They helped me, nurse gave me sample meds I needed she is always so nice to me, my doctor, me how I am doing they ask how am doing check my weight my pulse they listen to my heart.

Dr. Chan offered different options for treatment plans and discussed the merits of these options with me. She then asked which option I thought would be most beneficial for me. I liked having some say in my treatment instead of the usual 'do this' my prior doctors would prescribe.

Reception was very good, but checking out I was totally ignored. When I spoke up I was told they had an important matter to handle. Apparently it took two of them to do it. I left.

I am and have been very pleased with the treatment I recieve from my doctor. She is very kind and informative about any issues I've had and takes very good care of me and any needs I have.
It's very stressful to be in an office where so many patients do not respect the rules of wearing masks. There was also one employee who was not wearing her mask.
Physician was very thorough. Took the time to discuss my concern about medications. Gave me Information on current research and the benefits of the medication in question that I was not aware of. This information changed my perspective on taking It. I thought the office staff did an outstanding job assisting patients In a very busy office. They were very attentive to patients needs.

I enjoy talking with Dr. Chan during my visit. She explains why she recommend and prescribe the medication that I will be taking and the side effects. She indicates that by taking the medication, it outweighs the side effects and basically benefits my health.

Dr.Chan is always there to listen and knows I'm a hard person to convince of something and never pushes me to do something right now that I am not ready for. She is what I want in a doctor,one who lets me make a decision & not her on my health care. She advises but dose NOT insist or push what she wants on me..That is what I want in a doctor..I dropped my last dr. because it was her way or no way...Don't need that .!!
