    3rd annual visit and I make the appt for my next year visit when I'm there. They have never had to contact me to change when it's time to go back in. Very stable with my appointments.

    Being a new patient and on this first visit, I was very pleased with Dr. LaRochelle. I would even offer that as a provider she is a "rare find"in today's medical world. I appreciated that she was genuine, kind, reassuring and yet professional and competent. I would iffer that her demeanor was "service recovery" for me - she treated me as a patient, not a number (as the kiosk felt like).
