I was nervous about going to a new provider and Dr. Patel and his nurse which I don't remember her name. I apologize really made me feel at ease. It was actually a great experience overall and I appreciate it very, very much!

I had a problem that I felt needed prompt attention or could get worse. After explaining this to the receptionist and then her speaking to the doctor I was able to see him that same day.
