This visit great - when calling in for refills never got a call back had to go thru scheduling to get any results. Need to answer voice mails better.
There could be a communication problem here. What am I supposed to do with the incorrect info that is in my Visit Summary? I know the Patient Portal program is new to them (and they have to transfer information from the old Patient Portal), but I get tired of telling them things aren't correct and they don't correct it.
As always he was very professional. Takes the time needed to explain everything. Returns calls and answers my concerns.
