Dr. Ox was great as always, but I noticed there weren't any questions about the nurse who took me to my room and took my information. She was great! Made me feel at ease and comfortable, seemed truly concerned about how I was doing.
I've started seeing Dr. Ozbolt only recently after my primary provider left his Mt. Carmel practice. I am completely pleased with Dr. Ozbolt, his nurses and everyone else in the office. I consider my decision to choose Dr. Ozbolt as my primary provider an excellent one. I am recommending him to the rest of my family that were also left without a primary physician when our former provider left the practice

Dr. Ozbolt explains health matters in an easy to follow and understanding manner. He is very quick to get appointments scheduled with specialist in the Mt. Carmel network, in this case for a colonoscopy.
I'm not happy that I didn't receive the Physical I scheduled and did not receive my exact prescription refills!
