Waited over 30 minutes in the room for doctor to see me. This was after the nurse took my weight and blood pressure.
Since COVID, wait times have been pretty bad. Taken back to the room and then wait for 45min-hour to see doctor.

I've been going here for many years and it seems like it just keeps getting worse and worse. I waited over an hour after my appointment was scheduled to see my doctor. I understand that the offices are busy but being that all I was there for was to get my prescriptions refilled, I don't feel this should happen. I've been on the same medication for many years and nothing has changed in over 9 years so I don't understand if they are this busy, just refill them and don't make me sit there for an hour just to be seen for 10 minutes and refill prescriptions. I feel like our time just doesn't matter. If I had been an hour late to my appointment, I would of had to reschedule to see her and possibly been charged but if I sit there for an hour it's no big deal.
Not related directly to this visit, but I just wanted to say that the switch to EPIC is so wonderful, especially the changes in the patient portal.

I really like the new staff that was there and Dr. Kalb is, as I said, her usual great self. She listens and explains. One of the things that is necessary but I don't like is that different appointments are needed for different medical concerns. Once upon a time, one visit could do it but our medicine is now ruled by our insurance.

I am very happy with Dr. Kalb, she always seems very focused on the exams and our discussions, and does not make me feel rushed or that she isn't paying attention. She also is willing to explain things so I can understand them.
Dr. Kalb is wonderful. The issue I described above existed with my last doctor at this practice. It seems they have a very restricted amount of time to spend with each patient - are they overbooked? I don't know, but it's something that bothers me.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kalb and MCMG. She did not have my records because it was my first visit but I brought with me as much info as I could. Some of the questions did not apply as far as a 3 month period but I was satisfied with the way I was treated by Dr. Kalb's and all the staff.
