Excellent service
My low rating on time spent with patients does not reflect on staff. Staff is great. It reflects directly on the standards of practice of the entire medical profession and insurance. Quite simply, to be truly effective, doctors and nurses need to be ALLOWED to spend more time with patients.

Dr. Warner is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors I have had. I especially appreciate the time frame when I need to call in a prescription refill to her. It usually takes just a day or two for the order to be sent. I hope she stays in this practice and location for many years.

Dr Warner seemed very rushed this morning. This was my 1st time seeing her in a year and I am on a specific diet. While she ordered all my labs, and said they all looked fine, some were listed as 'high' and I would have liked to discuss that in more detail but I felt she was in a hurry. She did ask if I had any follow up questions but again, I felt she was in a hurry to move on so I didn't ask.

Dr. Warner is great. I brought up a concern during my annual wellness exam, and she ensured that was addressed during this visit as she felt it was more important. We rescheduled the annual exam for another time.
Dr. Warner never rushes through our appointments. She listens and makes me feel as if she genuinely cares for my well being. She speaks matter of factly, which I appreciate in regards to my health. She is very knowledgeable, which gives me confidence about being in her care. I also like that she requires a follow up appointment for things like starting a new medication.
