I've seen Dr. Sbita several times for ill visits and she has always been excellent. She is very thorough with her assessment of the problem at hand and considers all my past medical history in conjunction with current issues in deciding the best course of treatment. She is very respectful of the fact that as a nurse I have some medical knowledge but does not skip over things and assume I may know things that I may not. And always in a most respectful way. I appreciate her care very much.

Dr. Sbita did take control of the situation when she came over, but no one else was helpful. A male nurse also helped afterwards but I felt as though I was a problem they were dealing with.

My doctor is always nice. Im sure she cares. I have never had to wait !! 45minutes to see my doctor! My appointment was for 2:00 !!! NOT 2:45!!!!!!! I had another appointment I needed to go to !! Had to cancel!! My time is just as important as well !!!! If the dr is running late!! She needs to let her patients KNOW!! SO THEY CAN RESCHEDULE OR IF THEY DONT MIND WAITING.

It was obvious that the provider was ambivalent during the visit. I waited 90 mins dispute being contacted the day before my visit and asked to come in earlier than planned. Each question I asked, the response was to speak to another specialist I am seeing.I'll be looking for an alternative primary care doctor immediately.

Dr. Sbita was able to discuss a new medical concern with knowledge and then make a recommendation that met my needs. She includes me in all discussions about my car e and is able to work with me to reach satisfactory outcomes for my health care needs.
My doctor seems to be completely focused on the numbers in the lab reports and does not ask me how I am feeling in terms of my overall health. I feel like I am a lab result to her instead of a human being.

Medical care has become less personal with the use of technology. Medical professionals are so engrossed in the computer than talking to the patient. When it was time to complete the exam, the physician barely listened to the heart and lungs and looked very quickly at my mother's leg even though I made it a point to tell her about her increased issue.....I felt like we had more input and feedback from the nursing assistant than the physician.

It was the worst experience. I would not do the phone or will I go back to Dr Sbita. She was at home and had her children crying and bothering her. I would not have done the call if I knew what would happen. I've been going there since Dr Koch was my doctor. I don't think I will be back.
