Excellent. The MD listened and changed a prescription on line during my visit. I was having problems with my part D coverage of one of my medications. The PA is now aware and will look to receive additional paperwork from my insurance provider.

This is my first visit with Dr. Carlson since Dr. Heintz retired. I had seen Dr. Heintz for over 20 years, so there's a lot of history there so I can't/don't expect Dr. Carlson to step in and be him. That said, he is very nice and attentive, caring, and allows me to make suggestions about my care. Absent Dr. Heintz, I couldn't ask for anything more.
