Before seeing Chris, I used to dread docgor appointments because I knew someof my concerns were going to be ignored or not raken seriously. Chris really listens to you and cares about your quality of life. Appointments with him feellike you are going to see a friend who also happens to be your doctor. It is nice knowing that if I have a concern that doesnt necessarily require an in person appointment, I can always get a response on mychart fairly quickly.
Chris and Angie never rush you. Answer all questions so you understand them. They treat you with respect.

Nothing more to say other than I got lucky to find a doctor who listens . Every doctor I鈥檝e been to in the past wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible and dismisses every concern. He is different than most of the other doctors I have seen in the past . Not having a good doctor is the reason I am only seen by a doctor every few years . I actually feel comfortable enough to be seen more often .

He gives me clear , direct feedback and explanations, and often goes out of his way to make my life easier. I've moved out of town, but I still make the drive to see him.
I've had maybe 4+ primary care providers in my 60+ years, Chris Baran is top of the care providers. NO one has given me better care or understanding of my health than he has. He relates to my current & past health with me and keeps me informed of what should or should not be done. He takes his time, is easy to understand and always shows concern for me. If I have a concern or problem between visits, using MY Chart his response is very timely.

Chris Baran is the first health care provider that I have had in my long life that really seems to listen and know what is going on with me. I have had excellent doctors in the past. None however seemed to have the time to really listen and talk with me. We are very fortunate to have him.

The doctor is great. However the staff at use some sensitivity training and diversity training.
On this visit time, Dr Baran was particularly sensitive to my feelings, made sure to be extra gentle, very reinforcing about positive thingsjust even more so than normal. It was little things, his proximity, he would come close to show concern, then back away, then come back close to show concern, it was so very subtle, but very comforting, I just knew it was because he knew what had been going on with me, the illness, my weight loss, etcI felt listened to, understood, and given personalized advice that was specific and heartfelt. What he would tell his mother, sister or wife. I didn't feel like, just another patient or number, and never have. I feel like he is this way with all his patients - or tries to be.
