Join us Nov. 17 for a Community Memorial Service Hosted by Mount Carmel Home Care and Hospice Community members who have experienced the loss of a loved one are invited to join Mount Carmel Home Care and Hospice for a special memorial service on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2026. Together, we will honor cherished memories, reflect on the lives of those we miss and find comfort in the support of others. Following the service, members of our hospice bereavement team will lead a discussion on navigating grief and coping with the upcoming holiday season.
