He was cordial and attentive. I did not feel that he was rushing through the appointment. He addressed a specific concern with referral to a specialist Actual physical exam was limited and brief.
Dr. Groen is nice and kind. As a first time patient of his, I can already tell how reliable and how understanding he is. I'm so glad he is my main doctor.

I really like Dr. Groen. He speaks to me in a way that I can understand. He takes as much time as I need during each appointment. He's very honest and to the point about my issues. He talks to me on a even playing field I.e. he doesn't scold me. I feel like I can tell him anything. I also like his nurse Teresa.

The MA is very nice, gets vitals right away, listens to what I have to say & seems to note that so Dr. Groen has an idea of what's going on when he comes in. Dr. Groen is great and listens to me with my concerns. He doesn't rush me out of the office and truly wants me to get better. I have had doctors in the past not give this kind of care and it's frustrating. He listens to me and goes above and beyond, even responding to my portal messages, which I truly appreciate!
Dr Groen and Teresa are always great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have even sent our daughter to them for care.
