I believe that the switch to another e-chart resulted in the doctor not having pertinent info about my care given by a specialist that my provider recommended. Also didn't have the info from a procedure I had completed. Once told about these events the provider was able to find them but they hadn't been entered in my new e-chart.

Dr. Lori Witter is the most caring and professional primary care doctor that I have ever had. My mother and sister referred her to me and I just love her. She is always on top of all of my health care needs and always takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. Dr. Witter never rushes my appointments and always goes over every little detail and uses layman terms. She never makes me feel uncomfortable, even though I am overweight and have several health issues. The office and lab workers are all friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

On a positive side, there has been some improvement, but attitudes could still use some adjustment. We never have questions or cause issues, but the staff always makes me feel like I'm troubling them. Never a good quality for office staff!! If we didn't love Dr. Witter so much we would have left years ago. Friendliness goes a long way. It truly doesn't take much to make a patient feel welcome. Try it, ladies!
Dr. Witter is always friendly and helpful. I am concerned as well as she is that my blood pressure is too high when I see her at the office. It is fine at home. And I LIKE my doctors and care providers---my blood pressure should be ok, but it isn't. Dr. Witter is trying to help me get better.
