In going over my medical information. I had explained to the Doctor that I had an issue on the front of my scalp that needed to be looked at, she said that she would set up an appointment with a dermatologist to get a scraping period it was not done I had to call the office the next day to ask. That a call be put into their recommended dermatologist for me to get an appointment. Somebody wasn't listening
