Dr. Radcliff is the best doctor I could ever hope for. She's often behind on her schedule/appointment times, but I don't mind at all because I know she always goes the extra mile and makes sure she listens to and discusses any and all questions or concerns you may have. I hope she's never forced to change that approach to meet appointment time goals. I've moved across town, so the office is no longer conveniently located for me, but I will always keep Dr. Radcliff as my PCP, even if it means a lot of extra travel time.

Dr. Radcliff is an excellent provider. I was grateful for the time she took with me. I wish the management of her practice would prioritize spending time with patients over number of patients. Getting to the root cause of a health issue takes time.
The office was unable to schedule a follow-up appointment do to a heavy schedule. I was asked to call back and schedule one. I tried to do this online but the new system does not allow you to schedule 6 months out or so it seems. When I tried to call the answering machine would disconnect you after it told you to hold on..... Perhaps someday someone will figure out how the phones work there.

I arrived 1/2 hr early for my 2:45 apt. As Requested. I was taken back and told the Dr. Was with another patient. I waited for 1 hour in the exam room and no one came to explain what the delay was. At that point, I left the room to find someone to see if I was forgotten about. The male nurse helped me and I waited an additional 15 minutes after that before the Dr. Came in. I was completely forgotten about in the exam room. My time was completely disrespected by this practice. In addition, when I declined a certain treatment, the Dr. Made a face with her eyes not quite an eye roll but I got the same feeling from her.
My only comment is that this survey is outdated. Your questions talk about 'calling the office' but they did not inquire about sending messages electronically with the provider.

Dr. Radcliff is a fabulous provider and I'd recommend her to any and everyone. I sent a message in the portal and she responded almost immediately. I was asked several questions to assess how quickly I needed to be seen, was seen as quickly as possible, and checked for everything. My doctor did not seem too concerned that I waited over an hour to see her. My time is important too. This is the third time this has happened. I never have this problem with Health One providers. Also the phone message needs to be changed. Phone number was changed a year ago, if someone hasn't called in a year they aren't coming back! Keep more current. I would love to speak to someone if it meant improvement. Otherwise, it may be time to change doctors.

Dr. Radcliff has been the primary care physician to four generations in my family - from my elderly mother to my newborn granddaughter. She has always been thorough, caring and professional. During a few of our visits to the office over the years she has sometimes been behind schedule, we have never minded that. We know that it has not just been our family members that she has been attentive to and taken time with during appointments, but rather that is how she is as a physician with each patient she sees. We would not want it any other way.
