My long-term Personal Care Physician finally retired, I was without a doctor for 5 years and basically was seen by a Nurse Practitioner at the same office. I finally requested another Primary Care Physician and found Dr. Zarrabi who stepped right up and took good care of me. I'm glad I finally made the change, very content completely with Dr. Zarrabi's care.

Doctor was awesome, staff were awesome. Ran into an issue with the mycharts app where there was a problem/glitch and had to wait through the weekend to have tech services help fix and get test results from the previous week. Other than that...Dr was awesome, good experience.

This was my first visit to MCMG and first visit with Dr. Zarrabi. I was immediately comfortable with the nurse and Dr. Zarrabi. The doctor listened, asked questions, took notes, clarified for accuracy and had a very calm and caring demeanor. She included me in the making of a plan to address the concerns I brought to her. She clearly was interested in my health and well being long term. Rather than leaning too quickly toward medication, she planned out fail-safes to ensure it was actually needed. I am relieved and excited to have found my new doctor, and will recommend her for the reasons stated.

This was my first visit with Doctor Zarrabi. Not only was I going in with issues but I was also going in with the idea of having her be my primary care doctor and Mount Carmel being my health network provider.I walked out of that office, start to finish, so relieved that I found her and this office on the first appointment.
She listened and was attentive. I appreciated that and understood my frustration over no definitive cure
PCP was absolutely wonderful, gave great information and obviously cares for her patients
I appreciated that my kids were not forced to wear masks and that I was allowed to take mine off during the appointment, since wearing one cause my anxiety to worsen. I had to make this appointment for my high blood pressure and was happy to be treated kindly even though I count wear a mask the whole time.
I haven't had a primary care physician or physical (outside of OB) for a very long time. This doctor was brand new to me and I was very pleased with everything about how she treated me.
